Cedar Pointe is a 55+ condominiums community located on SE Ocean Boulevard in Stuart, Florida. These buildings were built in the late 1960s, but most of them have been remodeled. This community consists of 62, 2 story buildings separated into 8 villages. There are 4 different home owner's associations. The units are either a 2 Bedroom/2 Bath; 2 Bedroom/1.5 Bath; 1 Bedroom/1.5 Bath or a 1 Bedroom/1 Bath.
The Community
There are both year-round and seasonal residents that live in this 55+ community. The Social Club holds a party or event every month. You can lounge by the pool and grill out with your neighbors. Challenge your neighbors to shuffleboard or enjoy the scheduled card game events.
